Your values seem to be within normal ranges. What does your doctor say? Take a look at the sites below; it should put your mind at rest.

You didn't include ranges...and they can be different from lab to lab. If those are perhaps the FREE T3 and FREE T4, and the free T3 is low in the range, you probably are hypo. The TSH is "normal", but thyroid patients have found the TSH to lag behind what's really going on, or be "normal" due to the swings of Hashimotos--an autoimmune attack on the thyroid. So for me, the bottom line is..do you have symptoms of hypothyroid?? Fatigue, poor stamina, dry skin, dry hair, depression, etc. If you do, that's a strong sign. And IF you do, do NOT let the doc put you on the lousy T4 meds--Synthroid, Levoxyl, etc. They WILL leave you hypo to one degree or another. According to your TSH level your thyroid function test appears normal and low level of T4 is understandable with high amount of T3RU or lab error!
But firstly, do you really have the symptoms of hypothyroidism?
(weakness, coldness intolerance, hair loss, fatigue, skin dryness, constipation, cold mood, swelled face and/or hands)
