Never get a boyfriends or a husbands name on you... Its a curse. then how are you going to feel when you break up and get a new BF or a husband and you are intimate trying to explain whos name that is,, especially if you dont have kids....DOES NOT go over good having another guy look at someone elses name on you,,, then he is like i want mine there too, now you have two names on you and so on....DO NOT DO IT
You have to be young still, to ask something like this.

Unless it's a removal temp. tattoo, I wouldn't do it! Let's face it, relationships come and go, even the best of them sometimes, why be reminded of a past love, when memories are usually enough. If you like tattoo's in general, get something whimsical, I like tattoos for the summers only , adds a little something, then I take take it off. They have some great airbrushed ones and temps that will last a few weeks.

you should never get a tattoo of someones name. unless its your kid. Because you guys could break up...and then you would be stuck with the tattoo.

OMG never put intials or a name on your body that is peremant. I am married and love my spouse to death but still would not put his name on me. Unless of course he has passed and then it would be in respect and rememberance.
I would put my kids names on me but never of someone I am dating

please do yourself a favor and do not do this. tatoos are PERMANIT...obviously me and u both know your not going to be with the guy forever so my suggestion unless you wanna have some other guys name on you while in the future your dating someone else then be my guest otherwise...no use your commen sence

how about instead of getting his name getting something that symbolizes him to you that way if you guys break up his name isn't there but something that reminds you and only you of him is... after i lost my grandmother for instence I got a cala lilly.. it was both of our favorite flowers ... to me when ever i look at it, it makes me feel good to remember her but at the same time its something private .. kind of my selfish way of keeping her and her memory to myself
