No God is th ebest medicine, but if oyu want to be literal then yes. Laughter releases endorphines from the brain that relieve pain, and causes a euphoric feeling. Basically for a period of time, laughter disguises, and in some rare cases, cures the disease. Laughter causes temporary relief.
