You can convert grams into ounces because they both are weight units, but you cannot convert grams into fluid ounces or milliliters (which are volume units)... Unless you're talking about a definite kitchen staple which massic volume is well known.
For instance : 100 g of flour equals roughly a cup; but 100 g of sugar equals 1/2 a cup; 100 g of butter equals 1/2 a cup too.

If you are talking about water 1 gram of water is 1 ML. Every liquid has it's own coversion from grams to CL.
1000 ML is 1 liter. 1 liter is 1.1 quarts. 1 quart is 32 ounces.
Now you do the math everytime.
