you won't see much abs if you don't lose a lot of fat off your stomach and waist. how quickly are you talking about? like two months? i guess if you work incredibly hard on it. maybe reps of 40 5 times a day for sit ups and pushups would help.

Those are conflicting requests. You have to have lots of protein to get large biceps- use Optimum Nutrition's 100% whey- 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day.
You have to hit your biceps from different angles, and create a demand in them from heavy, very heavy weights that they have not experienced before. Don't injure yourself by doing it too fast, though.

abs- situps cruches just keep doing em to you faint from exhaustion
biceps- a good million curl ups =)

you can't.........nothing comes quick to gain muscle it's hard work and self-discipline. It also depends a lot on your muscle maturity.
