Does anyone out there have any tips for me? I sometimes get so hungry and not realize it. Then I can't eat anything because I'm so hungry nothing tastes good and I don't want to swallow it. It makes me feel like I'm gonna throw up or something. I know this sounds silly but I was just wondering if anyone had any tips on how to, after I get to this point soemtimes, eat without feeling so horrible. I'm not sure if this makes much sense but I would like some honest answers. Thank you everyone. God Bless.

Don't wait until you feel hungry to eat. Having a little snack, or meal every 2-3 hours is ok.
Remember to always have something in the morning within an hour of getting up, this helps regulate your hunger messages to your brain and is good for your metabolism. Even a glass of milk, a yogourt or an apple is good as a breakfast.
Fresh fruit, some whole grain crackers, or some cut up veggies as a snack are great. Remember to get some protein throughout the day too,
All thes things will help with your apetite.

How long have you had this kinda problem?
If it exists longer then you should go see a doctor for assistance, seriously. It´s not good to feel so sick after eating to just throw up right after it. If you are eating such an amount of food when you feel that hungry and feel sick it´s kind of normal, because your stomach can just take a certain amount of food to work with. The thing is you should try to watch first what you eat on one day. Make a list. And then go from there. Are you eating enough fruit, vegetable and things like bread and so, things your body can pull the energy and the most important stuff it needs from?! Do you have regular day? Or is it that you have to just quickly eat something and swallow it? Because for eating you should take your time. Eat slow that makes the hungry feeling go away faster. Food takes time to get settled. Also try to drink a glas of warm water every morning, before you eat something! Drink rather warm water than cold. Cold water makes your stomach sick. You should drink 3 to 4 Liters a day! And most of all just water or tea! Don´t drink too much Coke or sweet stuff. It has too much sugar in it. And, please, forget the advice with the chewing gum. It might take the hungry feeling away for a few minutes. But you will be more hungry after it. Instead of that, go with smaller portions more times a day. And what is also important, keep yourself busy. So you won´t have the chance to even think about eating. When you are finished with eating your body needs about an hour to get a satisfied feeling. So don´t eat until you are full and stuffed. Let your body work it. I hope these are some needful advices. Good luck! But if your feeling is continuing and you are always getting sick, please go and see a doc, it could also be a serious issue.
Have a good one!

You need to keep healthy snacks on hand, like fruit, or baby carrots, or pre-measured amounts of whole grain pretzels or crackers.
Before you get incredibly hungry and just eat whatever is in sight you can always eat too! If you starve yourself it's only natural that you're going to be really hungry. Instead, try to eat three meals a day at regular intervals and allow yourself a mid morning and mid afternoon snack to hold yourself over until larger meals.

AhhH! That happens to me ALL the time! I normally have to take a break for a few minutes to lie down on my tummy. It usually makes it subside for a little bit so I can get up to get some food.

Drink lots of water. It fills you up and makes you feel less hungry, plus it does wonders for the skin.

What I do is premake some snack foods in tupperware containers in my fridge, that way it is there when I need it. Normally it's veggies and dip, fruit salad, tuna sandwich.. Simple healthy things.

Make it a goal to eat every 3-4 hours. Then you won't ever get to that point. But I do find it weird that you feel to sick to eat... usually when people go for so long without eating, they think food tastes amazing. But please be careful and remember to eat!
