Hi Nati Punk

The 1st thing I would do is go on a detoxification. Eat organic raw fruits and vegetables (especially) for the next 5-7 days and start drinking at least a gallon of distilled water a day (to rehydrate and flush toxins). Juice fasting would be better, but you need to get a juicer first.

You also need to do a colon and liver cleanse. If you don't have regular bowel movements everyday (3 times a day), then the toxins sit in the colon and get into the blood and this is what causes illness and disease. You must rid of the toxins in the body! Take control of your health and you'll have control on your destiny. Educate yourself on a clean colon and you'll have a very healthy life.

Best of health to you

Drink lots of water all the time also get psyllium fibre in your diet every day. There are great breakfast cereals that you can eat that have it check the labels. If you do this all the time you shouldn't get constipated. If it's severe right now buy some Mucillium and follow the directions it should work within 17 to 24 hours. Oh yeah always be sure to have fruit in your daily diet as well Good luck

I have a great answer for you, because I was terribly constipated from all the narcotics I was on from having major back surgery. I went for about 6 days without a bowel movement and the pain got so bad, that I finally called the doctor and he told me to take this - Senokot-S - 4 tablets twice a day and Dulcolax - 3 tablets once a day. I guarantee you will have a bowel movement. If you take it in the morning, you should have one by that evening. If you take it at night before going to bed, you will have one in the morning. This stuff is great and it really works. I take the same dose every single day to keep me regular. Now, I have a bowel movement every day, even with taking all the narcotics.

It depends on how bad it is. A compacted colon can lead to dead tissue, illness and possible death. There are many foods and some medications that can contribute to constipation. I feel one of the worst is corn chips. I stopped eating breads and switched to rice instead. You might need to see your doctor.

The gentlest and safest way is to use stool softener pills.

(non-prescription). They tend to be pricey so try the store brand. They take a few hours to work.

Use a laxative such as milk of magnesia, ex-lax, etc. Do what the directions say!

Good luck

Drink plenty of water. If you dont like plain water, there are fruit flavored options available that are sugar free.
