haha the UN already outlawed the used of it once but a certian country used it agaist the Persian. But nobody seem to care for it. So yea, we could ban it all we want but people will still use it no matter what. I still believe that people are still making land mines and what not. They're just waiting to use it someday haha

banning weapons doesnt guarantee an enemy wont still make or have them ... its just a politically correct thing to do ... same as if u outlaw guns only criminals will have them ...
