I am five foot one.
ninety seven lbs.
25% body fat.
A very small bone structure.
I seem very skinny, yet have high body fat.

I love my junk food, I can't get myself to eat healthier because healthier things don't seem to have as much seasoning and flavor.

I'm always tired! I know that in order to have more energy you need to do more, but I can't get myself to because I'm too tired to do anything.

I'm also very intimidated by gyms and can't spend much on any special equipment...

PLEASE give me ideas on what to do to become healthier, maybe a diet plan, some exercise and advice all together, I'd greatly appreciate it.

You are tired because your body lacks nutrients and vitamins. You can't get them from junk food. Being tired also comes from depression. We can give you many ideas on how to become healthy but you must be willing to make the changes in order for it to do any good. You must cut out this junk food. In order to gain something in life we must often end up giving something up also. It is called the cost of opportunity. If you really want to feel and look better than you must be willing to make the sacrifices that it takes to achieve this in life. Junk food offers no nutritional value and is full of carbohydrates which may give you a lil sugar boost for a minute but then leave you feeling crashed and energyless after a short while. Take vitamins everday. Focus on your goal and stay motivated. You can drink ensure to help with the nutrients your body is missing right now. Start going on short walks or just turning on some music and dancing in your room for 20 mins a day. It is fun and does not seem like exercise. Sometimes you gotta trick yourself into liking something that is good for ya. Also start doing 10 - 12 pushups a day. This does not cost money and can be done in the privacy of your own home. Get health and fitness magazines as they show many body building exercises that require no equipment and that will be suitable for your fitness level. Start doing these lil things and you will see that your energy level will begin to increase and you will start to feel better about yourself.

Any healthy thing that you can do for your body will make you feel less tired. You DO NOT need a diet to lose weight. Try to eat healthier foods or the healthiest choice you can make. I would recommend a multi vitamin too. Even getting out and walking a bit more than usual and getting some fresh air. Sugary sweets will make you feel tired because they make your blood sugar go up, then when your bodies insulin kicks in your blood sugar goes down fast. Try to stay away from empty calories like sweets, potato chips, cookies etc. Have a few just don't overdue it.
If you continue to feel tired get checked out by a doctor, you may have low blood iron.
