I am 82 pounds, 5"4, 14, and a girl.

I'd definitely check with a doctor because there are many factors that determine your weight and if you're healthy!!

but, to me it seems as if you could definitely gain weight. You're still young but you're underweight for your height..

Honey, you need to be comfortable with yourself. Too many suspects in the media are portraying natural, healthy women as fat and overweight. Your "ideal weight" is anywhere from 105 to 135. You should definetely consider taking vitamin supplements to build up your muscle mass. Do what makes you feel the best! No matter what, you will be beautiful.

Honey, you better go very quickly to the closest convenience store and buy a few chocolate bars and eat them and keep doing that every day, of course in conjunction with a healthy diet of 3 squares a day and exercise, until you reach at least 100 lbs. Better yet ask a doctor or nutritionist or your school counsellor.

I would suggest gaining weight. Your weight is definitely too low to be healthy for anyone your height and age. If you think you're fat, I'd have to say that you most likely have an eating disorder.

It depends on your build and body type. Judging by your height, you're probably underweight - but if you're still healthy and aren't suffering any for it, why bother? Gaining more weight would probably be beneficial, but you're a 14 year old girl. You're small and skinny by nature. I'd say if you are exercising and still eating well-balanced meals, you're probably fine.

But um HOLY JESUS YOU ARE NOT FAT.

yeah, you should definitely gain weight i am five foot two and weigh 115 and that is average so if you're taller than me and wayyyyyyyyyyy lighter you're unhealthy. You should definitely work on gaining alot more.

you are definitely UNDER WEIGHT.

don't try to loose anymore. Do you have any eating disorders? Don't try to look like these razor thin models. It is very bad for your health without proper nutrition.

when I weighed that much I was put in the hospital with iv's in my arm don't lose anymore weight at 70-75lbs you have organ failure.

um, i'd say you are underweight. for 5'4", you should be at least 110. good luck honey
