If you know their aesthetic inclinations, even those with "everything" appreciate an interesting work of art or perhaps a beautiful work in glass or ceramica. My wife and I remember those who gave us such twenty-two years ago. The registry stuff was nice but those who picked out beautiful objects they knew both of us would appreciate are still remembered for those particular gifts.

gift voucher for Restaurant, Holiday Ticket, or any other voucher that they can make use of it. You can frame couple picture with you and give them as you rememberence. If you know Crotchet, Knitting or any other creative hand made it would be better. You could invite them for a nice meal , and spend time . make a special date to spend with you. Check their Hobbies, interest . Fresh flower bockey or Artificial design flowers or meaningful picture. Many years old Liqure bottle. those are values sometimes. Best thing to do hand work or picture frame with you. Attend a wedding and give them a lots of attention . help out .

Save yourself the trouble. Use the registry and don't try and think out of the box on this one. She will be the judge on this part of the tradition. He gets the girl after all. That's the gift in itself and will provide plenty of treats that you don't have to please him with what gift you choose. Use the wedding registry and if you want to make points. Call the brides maid of honer or mother for any inside that will give you plenty of ideas. Have a good time and share in all the events there. DANCE!

We received gift certificates for everything from dinner at a local Chinese place to Home Depot. My husbands family has a tradition of giving the happy couple a memory box. mine came from the Bombay Company. It has our names and date engraved on the outside and it is to put mementos from events to our life in it. We just got married New Years Eve and we already have his boutonniere one flower from my bouquet and the hair pins I wore in there. I also added my wrist bands from the hospital from when our children were born. Every time something happens in our life we will use the gift again plus just looking at it when we want to.

If you still have the wedding invitation, you can buy a nice frame and matte in one of their wedding colors and frame the invitation. Also a nice vase is always appreciated.
I know you don't want to give money, but cash for the honeymoon is an excellent gift too. My husband and I were told by friends who'd been married recently to open our cards before we left for the honeymoon. We got about $500 in cash to spend on our honeymoon. We could afford everything, but believe me, it was great to have cash on hand!

I would give them a nice gift from Things Remembered to help them cherish the moments of the big day. A personalized photo album, frame, keepsake box, etc.

A picnic basket with sparkling wine (or juice if they don't drink) 2 reusable acrylic champagne flutes, 2 plates and knives, forks, spoons, 1 dozen truffles, fresh grapes, 6 chocolate covered strawberries, cheese, meat and crackers as well as a lovely small tablecloth (for a square table) and a ground cover tuck in a book with local picnic spots and a note encouraging them to picnic often-laugh daily and live well in their love together.

Make a gift basket. If they love to cook, go to an Italian grocer and buy fresh pasta, sauce, bread, biscotti, olives, wine, etc. Go to the dollar store and buy a nice wicker basket to put it in. Wrap clear paper around it and a bow.

How about a night at a Bed and Breakfast? Or a gift cert. for a restaurant? You could also make a donation to charity in their name.
