i know this is stupid that i need help with this...but im goin on a trip to florida with my band....and we get to spend some time at the beach......i dont wanna be in a swimming suite around everyone unless i drop some weight.....how do i do that?? i go in three months.....please...i need a lot of help on this......

how much are u weighing now that is not mentioned any way jus eat a lot of salads and fruits and start exercises now onwards u will definetly loose a lot of weight. there are some exercies u need to do but how do i know how much u r weighing.ok
jus try that and enjy ur beach trip and remeber me too thre

I would recommend that you control your diet, NO FATS, or fat containing diet. Eat only Boiled meat, and vegetables. No egg yoke only egg white, drink a lots of juices. And at least walk or run for at least two miles a day. A gym will be a much better option. Try to eat once daily as i don't think that with all the fats stores in your body, you will medically need to eat three times a day. I know its going to be very difficult for you not to eat to your will, but if you really want to swim around in a costume, you have to kill your desires to eat beyond WHAT YOU NEED. Eat only when you feel famished, and only upto what you feel has fulfilled your need. No Over Eating...Fat burners are the last option, but sometimes they prove medically hazardous.......This is most precise and most urgent way you can achieve your goal in one month.

Half an hour a day of excercise, cycle, walking, swimming, your choice, strict 1200 calories a day diet, must keep a log on this, try to include at least one cup of veggies and once cup of fruit on the diet , no less than 8 glasses of water a day.

u can go to a gym for the 3 months and lose some weight and then be slim.
