No... every person has different opinions and different beliefs. The only way that would happen is if one religion killed off every other religion, and even then people have free will in their minds.

~~~ Dave,,, Of course. Most likely it will come from some Verification by an Independent and Reliable Source of extraterrestrial contact,,, throughout Human History, which will offer Irrefuteable Proof to The Masses. This will shatter the judeo/christian Creation Myth of Genesis, and most others, just as Copernicus and Gallileo proved us to have a Heliocentric System ,,,and that the Earth is not stationary, nor the Center of The Universe. Ignorance is a battle yet to be won.
Everyone has beliefs that differ in some aspects from others. Because of this, unless everyone is raised to believe the same things, it is impossible for one single religion. People who are easily offended religiously would definetely not help such a cause.
no I dont, and not anytime in the next few thousand years. I hold little optimism for humanity changing. This or that religion, thinking they are the only right way to think and everyone else is going to burn in hell, the same for races, even in this supposed enlightened age, and the same even for gender abuses. Humans really haven't changed all that much since we showed up on this rock. Dont get me wrong, I would love to see a massive change in thinking, but I dont think it will happen.
In the end times, there will probably a one world government and a one world money and a one world religion. Apostacy as far as I am concerned but I should not be around to witness that part.
No. I would like to say that we would outgrow the need for religion soon, but that's far too optimistic.
I think religion will continue to thrive as long as people are uneducated and in poor conditions, and as long as other people are willing to exploit that.
Solving one or the other won't work until we solve both.
Yes I do. Not in the world as we know it today however, it will be when Christ reclaims the earth and the people left on it, when the dead are ressurected to life and all wickedness is done away with forever. Then and only then will makind worship one God, the God of the Bible, Jehovah.
No, it will never happen. Jesus tried and failed, you see how many different churches there is out there. We have one city block here in my city that has 7 churches with different teachings within sight of each other. you can stand on any church lawn on that street and view all the other different churches and that is just one city block not to mention how many we have citywide.
