If you drank a lot of caffein before (with coffee, tea and/or pop), it is highly likely that it is caffeine withdrawals.
You should try taking something like Aleve - it actually has caffeine in it (a very very small amount), but also a pain reliever..this should help with your headaches until your body adjusts to not having the caffeine.

your diet isn't balancing correctly or something. I did weight watchers which is similar to L.A. weight loss and I never got headaches. Your body probably isn't recieving enough calories. Also if you normally drink coffee and your not now, your having caffeine withdrawls.

you not eating enough and if you went from drinking a lot of caffeine to none you can also get headaches from that

It could well be caffiene withdrawal. Also, try drinking more water in case you're dehydrating.

caffeine will do that to you.
are u hungry after your meal??
do they include the meals?? are you allergic to something in the food
if you are bieng deprived of food you can get headaches
talk to your doctor asap
