I am doing L.A. Weight Loss..it's a sensible diet that includes all food groups. But I have this horrible headache. Could it be caffeine withdrawals? Or because I am not getting enough calories, or anything else? I want to continue this diet but I dont know how much longer I can do the headaches.

All of the above. Or it could have nothing at all to do with the diet. It could stem from something totally different.

If you drank a lot of caffein before (with coffee, tea and/or pop), it is highly likely that it is caffeine withdrawals.

You should try taking something like Aleve - it actually has caffeine in it (a very very small amount), but also a pain reliever..this should help with your headaches until your body adjusts to not having the caffeine.

your diet isn't balancing correctly or something. I did weight watchers which is similar to L.A. weight loss and I never got headaches. Your body probably isn't recieving enough calories. Also if you normally drink coffee and your not now, your having caffeine withdrawls.

Maybe because you are not used to your diet yet.

It could well be caffiene withdrawal. Also, try drinking more water in case you're dehydrating.

Good luck!
