Depends where you're going. In the islands in the south-east (Koh Samui, Koh Phangan) it is raining tonight, but this is the last of the monsoon season. All last week it was 30 degrees and sunny, with a nice breeze off the water. At night it cools down to about 24 and is very pleasant.

Remember to bring long pants and sleeved shirts no matter where you are going in Thailand. It is rude to wear tank tops or shorts except at the beach or in resorts. Thankfully flip-flops are always OK.

In Bangkok it is hot. About 95 degrees or more and very humid but mostly blue skies and no rain.
