I add some to the milk while heating up
& also some cinnamon & brown sugar sprinkle on top of my hot palte of oats.

I have type II diabetes which I control with diet only. My doctor told me to use about 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon each day to help regulate my glucose. It is VERY effective. I sprinkle cinnamon on cereals, in applesauce (which is great on warm buttery toast), in fruit pies (with sweetener), and in my sugarfree hot chocolate.

I put cinnamon and brown sugar and milk in my kids' oatmeal. Sometimes raisins. They love it!

Oh yeah, It's has flayvah! Better than regular oatmeal. Use milk in it besides water for good taste.
