Nope not your fault. But maybe he would of went back to his old girl friend. So maybe you should of waited a few days more.

no because you werent trying to manipulate him into it... he did it himself. dont blame yourself for all you know he might have wanted to for ages and this way they can both be happy.
if you still feel guilty tell his ex you didnt do anything so that she wont hold it against you.
