Do you feel hungry? Is you lifestyle sedantry or active? Do you think there may be a medical reason for your lack of appetite?
If there doesn't seem to be any physical reason, it could be a symptom of SAD (seasonal affected disorder). Lack of sunlight, generally manky weather, post-christmas/party season blues, over-eating during the holidays - this can all lead to feeling lethargic (or in worse cases depressed).
The best way to beat this is to increase your endorphine levels which will help boost your mental state and immune system. Simple excercise is the easiest way. It doesn't have to be anything elaborate or expensive, just walking to the local shops, vigorous housework, or half an hour of energetic air guitar in the living room!
However if things don't start to improve soon it is worth going to your doctor and get a professional opinion. And make sure the single meals you are eating at the are nutricious.

Are you trying to save money by not eating ? I was trying to save so I skipped lunch. But now I'm eating normaly again because I realized I was getting thinner. Maybe you are tired of eating. Maybe all the food around you are all heavy meals. Or you are tired of eating meat. Try going vegetarian. Maybe you are not exercising enough. Exercise will help you fell better about yourself and eat more.

im not sure of the cause of this and i am no doctor , and i would recomend a nutritionalist if the problem persists . but on the lighter side , you should try eating small amounts at 4 or five times a day until your normal appetite returns. try eating sometimes small amounts even when you dont feel hungry. and drink water. lots of water . water increases the size of your capilaries and will give you energy and may even cause your appetite to return

Have you recently started any new medicine. Sometimes meds can alter the appetite.
Are you feeling well?? No other symptoms??
Cannot think of any other cause at the present time.
If it continues, you might want to have a good medical check-up.

You might be depressed or stressed. My brother has the same thing. He can't eat properly and when he does his throat starts to close up. You should see the size of him though! Lard a*se!
