JUST CURIOUS, WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO DO THAT??

No, unfortunately, humans do not possess the ability to regenerate appendages,limbs, things like nipples. Skin will grow back, but when enough damage is done scarring results.
So, if someone has their nipple cut off another nipple will not grow back. The amount of bleeding,infection, and ultimately, scarring and healing depends on the circumstances of the removal process (ie what type of instruments were used, was it a sterile environment, and/or what type of after care was implemented).

No, it won't. It's a different kind of tissue. Think about it--when they do breast reconstruction surgery, they remove the nipple and suture it back on after they are done, if it grew back surgeons could just skip that step.
