Have it looked at by your doctor. He will probably have an x-ray taken and may refer you to a orthopedic doctor. I just had my knee replaced and know the importance of taking this seriously. I am certainly not a doctor so am not going to try and advice what may be the problem but would suggest having it looked at. Good luck and hopefully it's nothing serious and just needs some rest or ice.

Could be many things including the start of arthritis, your Dr. will tell you.

go to www.webmd.com and look up meniscus trouble that is a start.
