Now I would be royally embarrassed if a male doctor was ex amening me and had an erection.
Having an erection with a young female doctor, now that is perfectly normal. In fact that may be a perfect time to ask her out to dinner. hehehe

The male genitals, seem to react all on their own sometimes don't they. I assume you got an erection when examined by the Doctor. This is quite common and she probably did not think anything of it. This can happen with a male doctor also.
