I went through this same problem I know how you feel! I started dressing up more and he got to wondering about me and even got a little jealous he started asking me where I was going. But I told him out to eat and sometimes Walmart. Then he started to get mad and we had to sit down and talk then I told him how I felted and he started to take me out. All you have to do is tell him how you feel and if he don't listen its because he don't wont to go with you are maybe he's scared that another one of his girlfriends might see yall together!!

This is really not about getting him to be romantic with you, it's more of a, wheather he wants to be romantic with you, you knw what i mean?
We all get burn from pass relationships but there will def be a point where we fall in love again and cause we love that person so much, we put our past behind and move on and willing to try things with you even though he failed before.
My suggestion is that, talk to him, let him knw hw u feel and maybe ask him abt hw he feels abt this relationship as well.

Just tell him you would like to do something over the weekend. He may not see anything wrong with how the relationship is going so it's important for you to communicate with him. Just say I'd like to go to the movies or something next time we're not busy. If he cares about you, he wont have any problem with doing something to make you happy.

This happened to me with my ex-girlfriend. You should just tell him that you are always flexible for him and he doesn't seem like he is for you. Also, you should make the first date a simple date. Nothing to big. This is just because he needs to realize you are not like his past relationships. If he sees you like that then he will be more open to bigger and more romantic dates.

Sit him down and tell him what your expectations are of him. If he can't find time for you now, then he probably won't be able to find time for you later on in the relationship. Atleast it is early now so you can get a good idea of what type of person he is in a relationship. Depending on what he says and if you accept his answer, decide what is best to do for you and what would make you happy.

Don't put your eggs in one basket! You should date other men. If not, you will have to practice patience, and who's to say it will be worth it. This relationship may not even work out. You have to be true to yourself first, once that is established, then you can attempt to help others with their issues. It doesn't sound like you are in love either.

else the best way is..give him a suprise :D jump right to his work place some time when he leaves and walk with him for a while and chat.....may be he will loosen up.

Sounds like a friend to me. If he were a boyfriend you would have had that date by now. I would not hold my breath.
