Most Christian churches do not have a problem doing a second marriage even if the first was Catholic. If needs be just go before a Judge to get married.
As long as you can prove you are divorced there should not be any probems getting remarried.

The Church assumes that all previous marriages are valid unless proven otherwise. So an annulment would be in order, even if the first marriage was a civil union. In such a case, a Catholic person can get an annulment for a civil marriage based on "lack of canonical form." It's usually a slam dunk and doesn't take long or cost much money. After that, the person would be free to enter a sacramentally valid marriage. But all cases are judged individually, so these are just general answers. Only a priest can give you an accurate answer.

Yes you can the only churches I know of that have a problem with second weddings are Catholic and LDSnot saying that these won't do it just have different rules and are more likely to refuse. Both of these are more strict about first weddings also. Most other churches are much more relaxed.

Yes.
But if you can't find a church, there are many other venues where you can marry. And if you need to find an officiant, type into your search engine, your city, state & wedding officiant. ( no 's' on the end) you will have your choice.
I do christian, civil, & interfaith marriages.

Yes, Christianity is all encompassing for whatever your needs are for a full, abundant, Godly life. Catholicism is more regimented and punishing. I know Catholics are Christian, but there's still a religiousity difference.

Yes, but only if the minister agrees to perform this ceremony. Some will, some won't. You have to ask the minister.
