Good extensions can be treated as normal hair would (make sure you get real hair for your extensions).
They do damage to your hair. A lot of girls have messed up hair, when they take them out, if they don't go to a professional. Just make sure whoever does yours comes highly recommended for their service.
You usually get what you pay for. Professionals aren't going to expect a small sum of money for a service they're great at.

I love extentions, they do look natural as long as you have the right person do it. and they are so much fun. get them glued in, its cheaper, and better for your hair. you can wash your hair just make sure to use a gentle shampoo, and you have to be careful when you brush out and style your hair. it will be hard the first couple days then you get use to them, and they are not a problem at all.

It cant be too undesirable, as quickly as I had my clip ins i went out to a social gathering and stayed at my guy acquaintances homestead, did no longer wanna freak him out and take out my hair so I merely plaited them and slept with them In, no issues (: desire I helped (:

Just make sure you get them braided & sewed in , not glued. or you will have quite a few bald spots if you go the glue route.
