Depends on the size of the glass

Well it obviously depends on the size of the glass, but as a rule of thumb a litre is to give you 4 servings. A litre of water can fill for glasses, a litre of ice cream can fill 4 bowls. There was a catchy sesame street song about it, and I later did it in school.
