I respect your courage to consider why lesbianism is wrong. Most gay people I know justify what they do no matter what.
I'ts not exactly that you are a wrong person, but people can be deceived into making wrong choices. I know that homosexuals claim they were born that way, but usually it is a result from a combination of factors including a bad relationship with a setepmom orstepdad, exposure to pornography at a young age, or sexual abuse. From talking to homosexuals, they say there was a time they liked the opposite sex, but the always had feelings like they were different in some way- an identity crisis.
During this time of confusion, I believe that there are spiritual forces at work along with cultural suggestions that plant the seed within an individual which they entertain and eventually accept they might be gay. Then when they enter that "lifestyle" they buy the lie and start to feel more adequate for a time. But other problems come along with that which complicates the whole thing. They have to try and prove they are ok to others, and there is a lot of fear. They try to explain away truths from the Bible to make them not accept guilt. They have to do this because they feel like they are denying who they are if they don't fight those that oppose homosexuality.
Isn't it incredible that what what largely considered a perversion throughout history in the entire world, has in the last 20 years become "normal"? The psychology books were rewritten to classify homosexuality from a deviant behavior to an alternate lifestyle.
Looking at it the other way, are there really any positives to being gay? Another spiritual question for those who say they are Christian gays- how can you justify premarital sex? And yes, heterosexual sex without being married is also a sin, so that doesn't get you off the hook.
I would say the main problem is that we try to handle our issues ourselves instead of asking God what to do with our problems.

I don't believe that Lesbians ARE WRONG people. I believe that their actions are wrong. I don't believe people should reject gays as persons, but their actions. God made us to be either male or female, not a sex in between. We are not designed to be homosexuals. If that were the case, then they would be able to have kids (just an example).
I don't really wanna judge anyone, and I won't. But I really don't agree with homosexuality and I know the Bible doesn't either.

I am a Christian, and I used to attend a church where one of the priests was a wonderful, older, Lesbian woman.
I think you are brave to ask this question. I imagine you are more than strong enough to take on the judgemental comments that will clearly come your way.
I believe God loves you just like you are. Peace be with you.

Well, I don't agree with lesbians. I think that sex should be between a man and a woman. But thats just my beliefs. I don't hate lesbians it is just I think what htey do is gross and wrong. If you and your partner want to do anything don't do it in public,(like kiss) cause that sometimes grosses people out.

Romans 1:26
"Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lusts for one another . . ."
This is found in any Bible - it is not opinion - it should not be read as you see it above - it should be read in context. Get a Bible and open it up and read the first chapter of that book.
After the pleasantries, in verse 18, he begins a thesis - it is easy to read and easy to understand.
God reveals himself
God gives man (women) over to their sin
God judges sin . . . etc.
The book goes on and on
It is easy to understand - and those that claim otherwise have not read it or have not read it in the many easy to find translations . . . NIV, NKV, etc

The only lesbian I know(off the net) is one of the sweetest people I think I have ever met. Nothing really wrong with her.
Sure, I am not too fond of her actions some times, but that doesn't make her a horrible person.

not wrong
loving others has nothing to do with bad/wrong/sin
for those that want to reproduce religious pundits being a homosexual sometimes means you don't reproduce and they have more faith in genes and reproduction of themselves than their hateful religion and thier "loving" god
but people adopt kids all the time and pass on thier values
I feel your choice is your own issue, not for others to put thier wishes on you, they have enough to do already and shouldn't be hating you but rather accepting you
