Cast or Extruded?

Cast or Extruded Acrylic sheets.
what is the difference for usage in outdoor signage.
which one will not shatter.

Cast is a poured in mold while extruded is injected into a mold. Extruded will be a denser material and probably stronger...but with acrylic you won't have a shatter problem either way.

extruded definatley. lots denser
