There are a few things you can take that can help morning sickness. B6 and Unisom tablets are helpful, but as far as these are concerned you need to talk to you doctor about taking them. Ginger has also been helpful. Another option is Preggie Pops. They work wonders for many women who suffer from morning sickness. They are drug free and also good for labor. You can read more about them at http://www.threelollies.com/
Many of my clients use these with much success.
If you go here, here are some other suggestions

the natural remedies are ginger ( gingersnap cookies or ginger candies ginger ale ) dive bands you wear around your wrist carb load your first trimester crackers etc. avoid strong odors in food and around the house eat several small meals throughout the day if these fail and your unable to hold anything down or you feel so lousy then the medicine route is reglan taken before every meal and at bedtime some pt's find this works good in milder cases of morning sickness in more extreme cases than Zolfran it's expensive but it works, this is a med also given to cancer pt's going through chemo who have severe nausea and vomiting also unisom and vit B6 in conjunction with the other meds i hope this helps.

Ewwww. Morning sickness is the worst!! I found that the only thing that worked for me was to chew gum... I had it for the entire pregnancy, with both of my kids. Just the chewing motion would help soooo much. Good Luck :) and congradulations.

Ulg....I've had 3 babies, it's rough huh?! Make sure you don't wake up too hungry. I have actually set my alarm for like 2 hours before I planned to get up and ate some crackers. Then when you wake up a little later, you're not so hungry and it helps with the nausea.

Try the P-6 accupressure point on your wrists.
You rub the point and the nausea lessens or goes away.
There are bands you can wear on your wrist that have a bead over the area to press to make it easier for you. Check it out!

Ginger snaps were my friend when I was pregnant. They help with motion sickness, too.
