I am Greek myself, but I will only give you this link:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/malakas
Pousti (vocative of poustis) means male prostitute/homosexual
It is often used as malakas, and sometimes in the phrase "oh re pousti mou" (oh my poustis) meaning "damn, f***, what the hell"

malaka means softly. It must be greek slang.

"Malako" means soft. So "malaka" is a noun, slang for "gay guy" but is also used as a general insult. Much stronger than "jerk."
