First figure out why your grades are down -- you can't pick a cure until you diagnose the problem. It could be disorganization or lack of discipline or missing a skill or knowledge you need as foundation or something else.

Then do whichever of these makes sense, depending on the situation:
-- talk with your teacher and get her/his advice about what you can do -- and do it
-- schedule your study time and stick to it
-- fight procrastination (one way: set a timer for five minutes and get going on your project, if you're "into" the work after that, keep going)
-- study where and when you concentrate best
-- pay better attention in class, take notes
-- get an assignment book and write down every assignment
-- study with a group of friends or classmates (really study, don't goof off until you're finished)
-- see if you can get someone to tutor you

* study really good ........
but i wont say study study study,
coz i believe much studying leads to stressing.
* keep on practicing on everything u take at school
and review previous information.
* try to concentrate and pay more attention in class.
* if u dont understand at class ,
ask for a repitition for the explanation,
believe me
this makes it easy for u when u study at home.
* if ur not used to studying
u will feel a little strange and u will taste a little bit of difficulty.
* ask ur teachers or councels for
plans and ideas that would help u.
*to improve ur grades, also u can start participating more in class
and getting extra info about the lessons u take.
+ work on projects and be creative and loosen ur imagination.

note:always think about ur future and take it seriously
dont fool around and waste ur time
because if u do
there will come a day when u will regret it
and think that if one day u'll have a deplome or something
u'll have a future then u'll live happy
but if u won't
u'll suffer much
..........................
best wishes
and hope ur satisfied
=)

Try doing your homework. Studying. Talk to the teachers to see what you can do to improve. Attend class. Pay attention. See if you can hand in missed assignments for credit. Don't goof around in class or annoy the teacher just for the h*** of it. Get your head around the idea that your main job is to go to class and do well, and devote your time and energy to that as opposed to your social life or TV or gaming or skateboarding or hanging out with your friends or your part time job that keeps you in cigarette or gas money.

Talk to the instructors involved and get suggestions from them. Sometimes instructors are willing to make allowances when they see your desire to improve. Also remember an excellent grade averaged in with a lower grade can make a big difference.

Talk to your teachers. See if there are any projects that you can do for extra credit. Maybe see about getting a tutor...?

Work hard, listen, ask if you don't understand. Stop mucking around at the back of the class.
