I have an ab lounger and it works great..u may want to go out and by one..but if u dint have the money then go to the gym and work out and do cross crunches and if u get a chance go to a YMCA or someplace that has a pool and swim..do laps and go has fast as you can.. keep this up and before u know it..you will have a flat stomach.

Don't know how big your belly is right now - but sit ups are the best way to work your muscles in the area. If you get one of those exercise balls - doing sit ups on it seems to be a little easier for me - and less painful. Leg lifts (holding them 6" off the ground while lying flat on your back) are good too.

No pain - no gain. (Doesn't that suck?!)

have walking regularly.
do exercises like bushups at leat 20 times a day.
sure u can make a flat stomach within 3 months

Do crunches every night before getting in the shower, start of doing a small amount and just work yourself up...

Diet, Gym, Diet, Gym.....! The only way to do it is to watch what you eat and work out!!! You might have to start counting calories! So you know what your intake is and what you have to use while working out to know what needs to be burned so it starts take the fat with it!

Focus on your abs...do sit-up and stretches that are around the trunk of the body..
do them a lot.
