wow. you've been doing a great job. its harder to lose weight when theres not that much more to lose. maybe you gained a lot of muscle when you were losing all that fat. muscle weighs more than fat so maybe thats why. but if it is fat, you just keep doing what you've been doing, since its working. dont worry so much about the number anymore now that youre healthy. this is an idea i just thought of. maybe if you buy a pair of jeans that is the size you want to become, you will be able to try to fit in them.

I went through the same thing! You've reached your diet plateau, which is preventing you from losing that last 10-15. You need to kick your workout up a few notches. If you're doing 35 minutes of cardio, bump it up to 50. If you're doing 3 sets of 15, bump it up to 5 sets of 15, and so on. Also make sure you're drinking a ton of water. I shoot for a gallon a day. You've done an awesome job so far!!!

Damn baby! Don't ever get frustrated by mere being overweight OK? My favourite motto on this topic is "Lose weight not hope" so listen, go for Hoodia Gordonii natural weight loss supplements and see what they'll do for you. Get only FDA-approved products 'cause there are lots of crap flying around for a fraction of the original's price. There is a money-back guarantee on the one I use. Use it and get a model-like figure in 30-60 days assured. Find out more:
