She should make sure she is married first. There are a lot of factors to take into consideration before getting married. Contrary to popular belief, children need a mother and father. Yes, there are many people out there that have been a single parent and the children have turned out just fine. But that is not how God intended things to be. He wants us to have a family. A unit. That is why he made certain guidelines. It was never meant for a woman/man to struggle to raise children by themselves. We all need certain things from our mother we can't get from our father and vice versa.

You should not have children after 40. The percentage goes up for defects, etc and you need energy for children. So the age that women should have babies is in their 20's-30's.

There is no right age to do so, you wait until you are in a good relationship and being married helps, when you feel mentally emotionally and financially ready go for it. If your friend is all of these things, then she may be ready. I chose to have my 1st child at 23 so he could enjoy my grandparents while they are still with us because they are the best and every kid should expeience people so wonderful!

there's no set age...it's whenever you feel ready to have another person in your life that you will have to put first many times. also, it's when you find the person that you think would be a great parent for your child...i think it's stupid if people have time tracks that by 25 they want to be married with 2 kids you shouldn't rush it just to follow the time track when your friend's ready...that's when she should be pregnant.

There's a commercial out there that says a baby changes everything. That is the biggest understatement ever made! Imagine the most serious commitment you've ever made, and multiply that by 1,000. If she's serious about a commitment that serious, then that's the right age.

When she is absolutely READY! And when she is finished with school and old enough. Me personally I think that its right to start thinking of getting pregnant when someone is atleast in their 20's, but thats just me.
She has to make sure that the baby can be taken care of and that she & her boyfriend can support them and their baby.

It sounds like you are very young. My advice would be to wait as long as possible to get pregnant. You should live your life. And, you will know when the time is right.
