If she hasn't seen a doctor, get her to one ASAP. If she has, and the symptoms persist, follow the doctor's instructions and monitor her fever carefully. Lukewarm baths help lower temperature. If her fever doesn't decrease to a reasonable temperature, take her to an emergency room or back to the doctor.

If you haven't seen a doctor, then do so. She needs antibiotics for the Strep and ear infection. To not get her medical treatmet can lead to deafness, sterility and even death.

However, i"m assuming you've already been to the doctor, so what can you do til the medicines take effect? Pamper her a bit.

Tylenol for the fever, lukewarm baths for her to play in to help reduce the fever, liquids into the system. If she's still pretty young, Pedialyte works well to help her replentish fluids and nutrients, also Ensure will help.

Kepp her entertained, let her sleep, tolerate any sick whining with kindness and tolerance. If she feels ready to get up, let her for short periods of time.

My mom used to make us a bed on the couch so we could be nearby and watch TV.

You have to take her to a physician so that they can prescribe an antibiotic for the strep throat if you have not done so already. Be careful with regards to the strep throat spreading to others in the family. Strep is very contagious. Hope she feels better soon.

There is a special anibiotic that the doctor prescribes for someone with strep throat that helps all these symptoms go away in about a week. You also take tylenol for the throat and body pain. My mom had it a year and a half ago. She got really sick too.

Obviously go see the Doc, which you proabably already have since she has been diagnosed with all the above. Next step is to keep up on the antibiotics prescribed by the Doc. And keep her home away from all that crap out there, until she is back to being 100% healthy!
