Has anybody tried Modafinil (Provigil, Modalert, Alertec) to counteract the inevitable side effect of Lexapro fatigue?

Try taking it at bedtime instead of in the morning if it is causing you to feel fatigued.

I take my Lexapro at night then take 100 mg of Provigil in AM and then another at noon......has been wonderful......I had been wiped out and only wanted to crash after work.......work in a very overloaded medical clinic and long days (6:30 to 7 PM) helped me get thru that fatigue

actually,... try lowering your dose
I also found it helpful to drink some coffee....but I still almost always wind up with a short nap...lol sorry!!
