well laser sugery is the way to get it removed. Its expensive and can be more painful that when you got the tattoo. you might want to consider getting it covered with another tattoo

laser surgery - can be very costly too - but if you live anywhere near glasgow u.k there is a place on vincent street who does it very cheaply and it is a good reputable business!
