Don't even think about at home removal. More removal should be left to medical people.

Do NOT try to remove a mole at home or you may risk having an even worse scar than if you'd just gone to the surgeon to begin with.

Neither castor oil nor baking powder has the power to do anything to remove a mole, don't waste your time.

If a scar would bother you more than the mole, it probably isn't worth removing and you shouldn't irritate the area.

Don't use any product with acid in it, as it could worsen the problem and make the mole look really bad.

Hi Tom,
Check out this site, it's got loads of info you'll find of interest. wartmolevanish.com. It's a US site but I brought the product from it safely, it cost about £55 for a pack that's enough for about 3-4 large moles. I used it on 2 large moles and it stings like hell for about 5 mins. You're then left with a scab that falls off and leaves a pink mark. I've been left with scaring still after 5 months but I suffer from keloid scars, for me this scar is better than the moles that I hated so much. If you have really good skin it may leave no mark what so ever. Do lots of research first though as there's no going back.
xx

Dont belive any wives tales! Do NOT remove it by yourself, or attempt to. Its a natural body part, and should not be removed by you. Do you think then, that if you want to remove a patch of skin then you wont be left with a scar? Of course not, dont do it. You should not interfere with moles as you could cause oyurself harm. Skin cancer is often detected by moles and their changing appearance. Dont be silly, everyones got them. Perhaps you want to cause a proper bleed? And then you would have to see a doctor and cause REAL scarring? Only a thought. Why on earth would you want to remove a mole by yourself????

If you interfere with moles, you are potentially messing with skin cancer. leave it alone, or see a doctor (if it changes, gets bigger, gets sore, bleeds etc see a doctor right away- this stuff can kill you, and scarily quickly. I've watched it happen).

Moles can be a precursor to skin cancer. Go to your GP. Pretty quick and painless and they will analyse it.
