Like having sex with a minor he gets twenty years and if a woman does the same exact thing she gets six months.Just like that teacher that had sex with a thirteen year old kid and only got probation the first time and then after doing it a second time only got six months. And the other one Lorayna Bobbit who cut the mans penis off and only got a fine and community service .Boy I tell you if that was a guy who did something like cutting off a clitt .He would never see the light of day again. Why is the system so sexually bias a crime is a crime...

Your right my man that is wrong on many levels. A crime is a crime and the only thing that should make a difference is a person past criminal history. I think maybe and this is just an opinion that society in general views women with more compassion then men. Why exactly that is I am not sure but in my experience it has happened quite a bit.

Ah, the sex with the minor thing is all as bad as it seems from what I have seen. They usually do give probation to first time offenders depending on the circumstances. That is from what I have seen through my work.

On the other crimes that you were talking about, I think that people do try to give credit to the women as to why they would do something like that. Was she a victim or not? And if she was a victim, is that what caused her to do it?

I personally think that is crappy cause, you are right, if a guy were to have done it, it really would not have been looked at in the same light.

Did you ever hear the Bob Segar song "Nightmoves"? It has a line that goes "She had a face that would let her get away". That was and certainly still is a truth that we more than likely will never overcome. Beauty still allows one person (male or female) to get a job over another person but it doesn't stop there. I can name several instances in which life is easier for a pretty woman and usually better for a pretty man. Examples: job, love, school, business, and ahh the COURT SYSTEM is NO EXCEPTION !

I completely agree. The problem is, that teenage boys that have sex with older women, are proud of the fact. They often refuse to testify against their molesters, because they don't consider themselves molested.

Did you know that approximately 8% of the male population has been raped. Of that 8%, only about .33% (and I mean POINT 33%) report the molestation?

Men are raised to believe that they need to "suck it up" and "get over it". Until about 20 years ago, women weren't reporting molestation because of they way that they were treated in court.

It is hard for the average person to perceive a young male adult, or a man, as a victim.

I have always wondered the same, men and women even commiting the same crimes are punished differently, and of course that is not fair, and the same goes for the regular person and a celebrity commiting the same crime, the punishment is always different. Some whine and cry, and some have more money than others.

You question is for the Legal System. Not the cops. Try talking to the people who make the laws and go to court with them.

Because of vanity and pride, unjust judges, poor legal system and government ethics. We all need to be leaders instead of leaders and subjects. We all need to take greater responsibility for actions in are government and personal lives. We are not united enough. We and are leaders don't care enough to greatly improve.

Because women cry and whine and say they are mentally unstable and lawyers make THEM out to be a victim and jurys buy into it.....also DA's are ******* and will plea bargain down capital offences. Yes,if it were a man,the DA would have the noose ready to be hung high. I know a girl who drove her car INTO a police officer...not a police officers car,....she hit a cop literally! She was shitfaced...she was charged with a DWI,but never served time in jail........If that was me id be lucky if i was out in 5 years!!!!!!

Ever herd of something called double standards? Women love them especially :-p.

It's like when they hit us it's cute but when we hit back it's domestic abuse.
