We have a litter of Treeing Walker Coon Hounds, and I was just wondering how much they should weigh at 5 weeks old. I tried looking it up but I couldn't find anything on Treeing Walkers.

I would say they should weigh around 10 lbs, give or take a pound or two.

i don't know about a treeing walker coon hound but normal puppies weigh from 8 pounds to 12 pounds depending on breed obviously there are exceptions like Chihuahua's=) Since they are a medium sized breed they should be 8 to 12 though.
Make sure no ones ribs are showig and that there are not pot belly's.

Good luck finding great homes=)

as long as you made sure the dog has had their worm shots and you don't see any ribs then do not worry about it.

The time when you should worry about weight is when you see ribs and the animal looks very weak and sickly, and the ribs are showing. Another sign to watch out for is making sure the animal is eating and not being bullied by the other more aggressive pups. Make sure they all get to eat equally.
