Use a skin bleaching cream. It used to be sold over the counter. But I heard on the news the other day, that you now have to get a prescription for it.

You could use a pumice stone or scrub when you shower to remove the build up of excess skin cells. Then after your shower apply a glycolic acid or salicylic acid cream which is also an exfoliant to help with cell turnover to the areas. This should help. Happy New Year.

On the Tyra Bank show, she put a thick layer of suncreen on those areas w/out rubbing it in, just letting it dissolve by itself. It's suppose to make the ashy dark spots to get whiter.

First u bleach them and then apply moisturiser.
skin darkens due to lack of moisture.
u may apply some whitening cream too , at night.
