The dog "Nana" in Peter Pan, although often portrayed as a St. Bernard, was intended to be a Landseer. The 2004 movie Finding Neverland featured a Great Pyrenees as J. M. Barrie's pet, on which "Nana" was based.

I thought she was a St. Bernard, but I guess I was wrong. Hope this helps.

Breed wise all I can say is it looks like a st bernard/newfoundland type dog - why do you want to know. If you want to get a dog that looks like that fine - but research the breed. If you want to know cause you want one with that temperment and behaviour - thats a fictional character - research a lot the breed you consider. That type of dog is very large and expensive to feed. As with any breed you need to spend a lot of time researching to see if it's right for you - it's too late once you have the dog to decided it's not right for you!

In the original version it was an old english sheepdog, but in more recent times it is played by a saint bernard.
