If you look at his teeth, and you see tartar, he may have gum disease, get him to the vet and let him/her decide for sure, they may need to put him under to do a good teeth cleaning, and may perscribe some medicine to treat any gum disease, if it's not too late.

You should take him to the vet. dogs can get cavities and gum disease like humans do. His teeth must be hurting and that why he wont eat the hard stuff.

Check his teeth, if they are covered in plaque (just like people), he's got to see a vet to get them cleaned and start brushing them(he can't so you got to for him).

Is that true? Your dogs teeth have gotten smarter? Is that anything like blue tooth? Maybe you should take it to the vet and have its teeth checked out? I am assuming you mean sensitive?
