Candy canes last like 3 years so its no problem to box them back up if they are very tightly wrapped.

Well you can always try it and see how it looks next year. Next year when you open one and it looks sticky its probably bad. Ever bite into a hard piece of candy and it was soft on the first layer then hard underneath? Thats bad. So if the candy can does that I'd throw them away or just use them for decoration.

they may be well then but if i were u i would just throw then away or eat them and buy a 12 pack of candy canes next year for like a dollar at the dollar tree or something.

This year I ate a couple candy canes from last year, and they were definitely edible. They were a little soft, but okay.

nicely you may consistently try it and note the way evidently next year. next year once you open one and evidently sticky its in all likelihood undesirable. Ever chew right into a troublesome piece of sweet and it change into smooth on the first layer then troublesome below? Thats undesirable. So if the sweet can does that i might want to throw them away or merely use them for adornment.
