Tche is Brazilian Portuguese for guy, dude, also used like hey or hi, loco means crazy. So you could roughly translate it with "Hey crazy!" or "weird guy", depending on context.

CHE....is an uruguayan and argentinian modism instead of Tu(YOU). it's slang..
many pple know it bcoz was the nickname of Che Guevara.
If you say Che loco...(you crazy) is the way that those 2 countries have to make someoneone realize about something.
It's very common the use.and is used as.......You man!!!.or....you brother!!.......you'll hear it each 2 steps if you travel to any of that countries.

"Loco" is a Spanish word and means "crazy" (in Portuguese it's spelt "louco")
