the most common reason for being tired in the morning is how you slept the night before. before you go and get a more comfortable mattress though try some relaxation techniques before you go to sleep. the best one for me is a good book and a cup of tea. other good ones are meditation, where you focus on trying to relax every muscle in you body to deep steady breathing. a long bubble bath, aromatherapy, and many more. this problem could have to do with your body rejecting your daily routine; do you eat more than four hours before you go to bed? this can cause overactive metabolism and restless sleep. also what you eat can cause your body to have to take longer to metabolize and lead you to be tired when you wake because your body has been working all night. try eating healthier such as adding a few pieces of fruit to your diet and exercise as well. this routine will calm your body's chemistry and make you more relaxed during the day and feel rejuvenated when you wake up in the morning.

I suggest that you do anything before you hit the sack that willr elieve you of any stress. That means trying out some of those yoga poses you learned in class, that means curling up on the couch and reading a good book, that means taking a nice hot bath or drinking a glass of warm milk, or cuddling with your sweetheart. Whatever relieves your stress, do it before bed because then you can have trouble free dreams and sleep. Another technique is to drink coffee in the morning. If you don't like coffee, maybe take some energy pills. Don't forget to go to sleep by 9 pm. We all need atleast 7-8 hours of sleep during the night to feel refreshed and rested.

Well I would suggest going to bed at a certain time and waking up at the same time of course not on the weekends haha that's how I made it through high school. I would go to bed at like 10 or 11 and get up at like 7 and I did that every night and I was fine. But when I went to bed later then I was soo exhausted in the morning so you can give that a try good luck

Try to get at least 7 to 8 hours asleep each night...Also 20- 30 minutes of exercising or a short walk will help. I would also make sure you eat breakfast!

1) get sleep like around 9:00pm through 10:00pm
2)Eat a balanced breakfest such as toast and eggs and lowfat butter
3)A little coffee couldnt hurt
4) Try and do some stretches and some situps or something when you wake up cause it will wake you up and it will give you exercise at the time.
