Density of Lead = 11300 kg/ 1m^3 = 11300 kg/m^3

Taking Reference as water : density = 1000 kg/m^3

Relative density of lead with respect to water = 11300/1000
= 11.3

Relative density of lead is the ratio between the absolute density of lead and that of water. As 1 cubic meter of water has about 1,000kg, the relative density of lead is 11,300/1,000=11,3.

actual density= mass/volume
=11300kg/m/3
Regular density of lead is 11340 kg/m3

Relative density = regular density / Density of actual lead
=11340/11300
=1.00353
