First take a paper and pen and write about the person you want, this will help you to motivate on your choice.
Then start to see where you can find this kind of person.
For example if you want him to be cultured go to libraries and so on.
Search in dating websites about Latin guys.
But I hardly recommend the first step coz it'll be the key to find the perfect person for you.

If only life were that simple! I have 2 outa 3(I'm Latino and Handsome!), I have trouble with the romance stuff though....
