Skip the fries and bake a potato instead. If you are having frozen fries they are loaded with fat and that is the problem. Cut out anything with high fat content and you should see a difference in no time.

yes, because if you fry them you are adding extra calories in the oil you cook them in. also you can cut back by using a lower fat butter substitutes and mayonnaise or just use less. chose lean cuts of meat, like chicken or fish. grilling or baking foods is a healthier way to cook food than frying so avoid fried foods

Not only will you get less fat if you bake them, but you may find you like the taste and texture better. I would never fry fries, in fact.

Yes, baking really helps, as long as you're talking about home-made oven fries. You need to control what you put on them for seasoning and what you might dip them into after cooking, as well.

Yes. Deep frying is very bad. When you bake them, there is not as much grease, therefore, less fat. Also, eat not fruit. Or, eat carrot, and celery sticks with things instead of fries.

well it does but fries arnt going to help you lose weight. You need salad and meat. Fries are carbs. So I would suggest not eating them at all but to answer your question it is healthier.
