hi there; what do you both like?? I would suggest going to the deli at your local grocery store and getting some slice turkey(try some of the smoked kind they are real good) and have them slice it kinda of thick.Get a package of gravy and your choice of vegetables. You can get a nice loaf of bread to go with this also.Make the gravy according to directions; slice the bread and heat up the turkey in the microwave (not to long so you don't dry it out); place the turkey on the bread and pour the gravy over the whole thing. Serve your vegetables along side of this.I don't know if they have pre-made mashed potatoes and macaroni in containers where you live; cause country crock has these two items and they are not to bad for a quick meal but I wouldn't suggest this all the time; they are OK if you want to have something quick and hot..If this doesn't work for you then go to the fish department and get some fresh fish. Most fishes don't take long to cook(most cases 20minutes) serve this with a toss salad and lemon wedge(for the fish) If you drink I suggest a nice white wine to go with the fish.Good Luck and Happy Eatting..

Ingredients
1 pound Ground Beef
1 jar prepared Spaghetti Sauce
1 carton Cottage Cheese or Ricotta Cheese
1 (about 12-oz.) package shredded Italian Cheese
1 (about 10 1/2-oz.) package uncooked Lasagna Noodles

Directions
Brown the ground beef in a heavy frying pan. Drain.

Stir together the meat, sauce, and cheeses.

Pour some of the sauce mixture into a wide, flat pan.

Top with uncooked noodles.

Continue layering in this way, ending with sauce.

Cover with foil, and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 350-F degrees. Bake casserole, covered,
for 45 minutes; then carefully — carefully! — remove
the foil cover, and slide back into the oven until your
lasagna is bubbling and attractively brown around the
edges.

Let it stand for several minutes before serving

buy a package of cup up chicken, boil the peices for about a half hour, then remove the skins. fry the chicken in some olive oil, about one third of a cup, on med. heat, with a cut up onion and whatever seasonings you like, a little curry powder is good! until they are brownish. Make some rice, minute rice is very easy. When the chicken is just about done, you can add some drained, canned veg, like green beans into the fried chicken pan.and that's it.

chicken parmesan with noodles.......basically take two breasts of chicken and pound them out a lil bit between plastic wrap, take an egg white and beat or for more flavor use ranch or ceasar dressing to coat breasts ....then cover in italian breadcrumbs, place in baking dish and bake for 25 to 30 min. when chicken is done take out and put spaghetti sauce on top and some mozzerella cheese, place back in oven and melt cheese on top. Have some angel hair, spaghetti or linguine noodles cooked. Place noodles with leftover sauce on top.......place chicken to side or on top of noodles and make a nice salad and some bread and you are set! Good luck

Spaghetti, salad, and garlic bread.

Just brown some hamburger, add it to a jar of any kind of spaghetti sauce, and make some noodles.

For your salad, get one of those Caesar salad kits. They come with everything included.

You can get garlic bread in the frozen food section. It takes like 5 minutes.

It will probably take you longer to get the stuff and preheat the oven than it will to prepare it.
