They LIVE in PACKS. They pool their resources. I used to rent out a small (900 sq ft) condo. My property manager rented to a 3 person Mexican family. When we finally evicted them, there was 20 people living in my place and they destroyed it. They took the Master BR and built a wood partition so several could sleep there. They put 10 kids in one bedroom. The wear and tear from these families is horrendous. Another rental I had upstairs in a 4-plex, the Mexican woman upstairs was washing the floor by dumping a bucket of water on it and swishing it around. Little to say, the people downstairs had a waterfall come through their roof and it ruined two of my apartments. She was straight from Mexico and did not know any better as that is how they wash floors there.

The bad part is this is happening all across America. Landlords have to constantly use there money to fix these disasters. And we can not discriminate when renting. The Mexicans live all together to save money and live cheap while the Americans pay for everything including taxes that pay for them to have babies, medical care (they can not be turned down when they go to Emergency for a cold), and other services. We need to stop immigration in its tracks.

Confusion reigns!

Even if an Un-documented worker gets paid a dollar more the Employer saves!

No Social security to pay, no workers comp insurance, no unemployment back-charges, no medical insurance, vacations ETC. ETC....

Get these criminal employers and bust them! Let local enforcement fine owners of the sub-contracting crews for the undocumented workers on the work sites and you will put an end to most of the problems that we have!
It all starts with the "Day Labor Assemblies" pretending to be actual Day labor sites and not free employment recruiters for illegals and other undocumenteds! They only need to meet their new bosses once and they are "Hooked-up" with their illegal activity!
Need a worker-CALL A "TEMPORARY HELP FIRM"!!!!
You will get a screened , insured, worker who is employed by the firm-100% legally and properly!

The wages they make over here in a day are more than what they can make in a few weeks in the nation they came from.. They also don't seem to mind living with a whole lot of other people in a small space.So they all pay a part of the rent and for food. To them its a great wage and they can send money back to their families.I don't agree with this because they are illegal aliens but you didn't ask that. I don't see legal immigrants working for low wages.

This is sheer nonsense. Illegals make up 24 percent of workers in agriculture, 17 percent in cleaning, 14 percent in construction, and 12 percent in food production. So 86 percent of construction workers, for instance, are either legal immigrants or Americans, despite the fact that this is one of the alleged categories of untouchable jobs.

The government requires employers to keep account of how much money they are paying people. Immigrants are willing to work for so little, because the employers that they work for don't report thier earnings to the state or federal government. That way they don't have to pay taxes on the income they recieve. Employers are willing to take this risk because they get a lot of work done for really cheap.

ILLEGAL immigrants work for so liitle because being illegal you can not work in high paying jobs. Its not even legal to employ illegal people but people employ them because they will work for anything. And plus, their salary that they wil be making in dollars if probably a lot of money in their country.

I've worked with a lot of immigrants before, and most of them say that they can't get any work at home unless its in a sweat shop that pays about $2 a day.

They also tend to work very hard, so they end up doing pretty well, and please don't give me a thumbs down for this, i'm not saying im in favor of illegal immigration, im just telling you what i know. so thank you

They have no need to drive $50,000 SUV's, get their hair and nails done twice a week, talk on two cell phones, use a laptop, playstation, and MP3 all at the same time while drivng their fat children to soccer, basketball and softball before taking them home to watch $5000 HD flat screen tv's before again heading off to the mall to buy the ugliest, idiotic low rise capri jeans that will show off the even more idiotic tattoo on the low back that they will get right after having yet another body piercing in some unnatural place where they eat, pee or take a crap. In other words, they aren't American women or married to one.
